Q. Which geographical area do you cover?
A. We cover the counties of Buckinghamshire and Berkshire including the towns of: High Wycombe, Reading, Marlow, Maidenhead, Slough, Amersham, Princes Risborough, Thame, Theale, Henley, Pangbourne, Beaconsfield, Bracknell, Wokingham and surrounding areas.

Q. What do you specialise in?
A. We specialise in permanent, temporary and contract placements within the office sector, from director level to junior support and across a broad spectrum of industry sectors.

Q. How long will it take to register?
A. The registration and interview process takes approximately one hour. You will be interviewed in our private interview suite where we will discuss your current employment situation, the type of role you are looking for, your experience and expertise. We will then discuss current suitable employment options with you.

Q. Will it cost me anything to register with you as an applicant?
A. No, our services are free. Out of courtesy we would ask that you let us know if you are unable to attend your registration appointment for any reason.

Q. What information do I need to bring with me?
A. If you are registering for permanent work - a copy of your CV (if we haven't received this already), together with a form of identification which can either be a passport or birth certificate. If you are registering for temporary work then you will need your current CV, your passport, bank details, NI number and a working visa if applicable. You will also need to supply two references that we can contact.

Q. Will I need to carry out any tests?
A. Depending upon the type of job you are looking for, your skills will be assessed.

Q. Can you find me long term temporary work?
A. We can provide long and short term assignments and temporary to permanent assignments.

Q. Will I be paid for holidays and Bank Holidays if I work for you as a temp?
A. If you have accrued enough holiday entitlement - yes. Holiday entitlement will start accruing from day one up to a maximum of 20 days per year.

Q. Can you definitely find me temporary or permanent work?
A. We will endeavour to source suitable opportunities for you via a number of methods including marketing your skills and attributes to our clients via mailshots or by telephone. We will also carry out extensive job searches on all our current vacancies.

Q. Where is your Reading office?
A. We are located on Abbey Corner, opposite Jackson's Corner, near the Oracle shopping centre entrance on Broad Street.
