|An opportunity for a proactive Legal Secretary to join our clients team has become available. Our client is based in Reading and are a national legal company assisting small to medium sized business with a range of specialist legal services.
The successful candidate will need to have experience with supporting multiple fee earners up to partner level. They will need to be confident with liaising with clients, organising and managing diaries and taking on other administrative tasks to ensure that the best service is provided as quickly as possible.
Audio typing (Big Hand)
Typing and drafting correspondence
Assisting with and drafting bills
Arranging and booking travel and accommodation
Opening, maintaining and closing files
Updating and maintaining databases
Scanning and preparing documentation
General administration ie. filing, faxing, photocopying etc
Previous experience within a similar role
Excellent typing speeds
Efficient diary management skills
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Excellent organisations skills
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail
Organised with time and documents
Ability to work on own initiative
Flexible, can do approach
