|Our client are an innovator in business payment automation technology. Based in offices in Reading they are currently recruiting for an Order Administration Team Coordinator
They are looking for an experienced Administration Supervisor to oversee the day to day running of their Order Administration Team.
Working as part of a busy Finance department, the Order Administration Team is a business critical team and they are responsible for all order processing, software & hardware fulfilment, support contract creation and invoicing out of EMEA & APAC, working to strict month end deadlines, revenue recognition rules and Sarbanes Oxley guidelines.
In this business critical role you will be supporting the Order Administration Manager lead the team as they continue to build a shared service centre, focused on delivering exceptional customer service both internally and externally.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience within an administration / finance team and will need the ability to develop strong internal relationships.
They will be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company’s vision and culture.
They will also need to be a resilient person who is able to deal with high pressured and stressful situations.
