This Sales & Marketing organisation is looking for a Finance Manager to report to the Financial Director. The role is ideal for someone who would like to work for a small company, but has the experience of previously working for a larger company, along with experience of previously running an accounts department, including experience of costing, invoicing and credit control. Other Skills/Qualifications required for this role: Previous experience of budgeting and financial modelling Experience of running an Accounts Department and a small team Someone who is pro-active and who has a vision for potential to grow the department, particularly in financial analyst and budgeting areas. Knowledge of TAS or SAGE essential A leisure/retail background would be a distinct advantage to understand this Company Excellent customer service skills with a professional and ethical manner. Must have previous Accounts/Finance Management experience Must be a driver due to the location of the office
