Max joined DB in 2001 as a part-time administrator and has covered all roles within recruitment during this time.


Currently, her key roles are: to process the temps’ weekly payroll; sales ledger; and assist with resourcing.   She thinks she is a jack of all trades, but she is definitely master of everything.



Her smile, kindness and helpfulness are much appreciated by her fellow colleagues.

When not at work Max can be found: Walking, cooking and eating food; and socialising with family and friends
